Shipping policy
PARA ships to addresses within the continental United States, Hawaii, & United States Virgin Islands. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International shipping is coming soon!
PACKAGING
On the outside, our packaging is deliberately discreet to protect your privacy.
On the inside, our products are wrapped in our signature logo eco-friendly tissue paper, handwritten note, and usually a few extra surprise goodies :)
All of PARA's packaging is recyclable, plastic-free, and plant-based. Any non-eco-friendly packaging was provided by our vendors that we re-used for extra protection.
SHIPPING RATES
We work with several carriers and try our best to keep our rates low. We want our customers to get their orders as soon as possible, so we do our part by processing, packaging, and shipping packages within 1-2 business days. Exact delivery times will depend on speed & carrier.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES: USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL
- Domestic orders less than $75 USD - Flat rate of $5.99
- Domestic orders equal to or larger than $75 - FREE
- Domestic express any order value- Calculated at checkout
- Showroom Curbside pick in NYC- FREE

CANADA SHIPPING RATES: DHL
- International Orders less than $100 USD - Flat rate of $35.00
- International Orders between $100 - $199.99 - Flat rate of $20
- Domestic orders equal to or larger than $200 - FREE
* Please note that delivery delays occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control. As stated, PARA will process and ship orders out within 1-2 business days of receiving an order. We provide standard shipping unless you select otherwise ('Priority' or '2nd Day Air UPS'). In that case we will honor your request. Please note that we do not have control over the speed in which carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc...) deliver and therefore cannot expedite shipping once packages leave our warehouse. Please keep in mind that shipping carriers experience delays during high-volume periods (e.g. Christmas, Mother's Day, etc...).
* PARA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (this includes, but is not limited to, tariffs, taxes, etc...).
* PARA is not responsible for any missing, undeliverable, unsuccessfully returned to sender, once it has shipped out and left our showroom. However, we will always do our best to work with and get you a replacement or a refund. We want to make you happy after all.
* PARA's shipping department operates Monday - Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST. We process orders in which they are received. Please allow an additional business day for orders placed after 5:00pm EST.
TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email, with a tracking number, once your package has been shipped.
You will receive a delivery confirmation email once the carrier confirms delivery.
DAMAGES
We take pride in carefully shipping our orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, damages may occasionally occur during the shipping process. In that event, please email an image of the item(s) right away to hi@shop-para.com for assistance.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDER
If a package is reported undeliverable by the carrier, it will be returned to our warehouse. Please note additional shipping costs may apply if a package is re-shipped. PARA will not be able to issue a refund if the undeliverable package is returned with damages or not returned at all.
